Book an Appointment

Due to high demand for psychology services, we recommend that new clients book at least 2-3 appointments in advance to avoid long wait times between sessions. If you’re not able to get an appointment as soon as you would like, book the first available. We will then add your details to the waitlist. Appointment changes do occur, so it’s likely we will be able to assist you with an earlier appointment.

CURRENT CLIENTS

To book an appointment click the button below. If you are booking an appointment for your child, and they have already attended an appointment, login using their name and contact number. You can then make the booking in their name. If you are unable to do this, include this in the note section that the appointment is for a child.

If you require a longer appointment, or there is no availability, please email us with your preferred appointment details and we will add you to the waitlist.

If you need to cancel an appointment, it can only be done by calling the office on 3096 0450. Or emailing us at info@positivefamilies.com.au with the details. If you call outside of business hours leave a message on our voicemail and we will get back to you the following business day.

Appointments for Children and Teens

If the appointment is for your child or teen, parents are required to attend an initial parent appointment first. Subsequent appointments are then booked for your child or teen.

For children aged 4 – 7 years. An initial appointment is booked for the parent to determine the best approach for your child.

Separated Parents/ Guardians

We require the other parent/legal guardian to consent to psychology treatment for your child before they attend appointments.
